Prepare the Corn: Start by shucking the corn and removing any silk. Rinse the ears of corn under cold water and set them aside.

Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If you’re boiling, fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
Cook the Corn: Place the corn directly on the grill, turning every couple of minutes until charred and tender (about 10-12 minutes). If boiling, add the corn to the boiling water and cook for about 7-10 minutes until tender.
Coat the Corn: Once the corn is cooked, take it off the grill or out of the pot. Brush the garlic butter generously over the corn.
Add the Cheese: Immediately sprinkle the cheddar and Parmesan on top while the corn is still hot, allowing it to melt slightly.
Season and Serve: Season with salt and pepper to taste, then garnish with chopped parsley or chives. Serve immediately and enjoy!
