  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Rotisserie chicken works great.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella) Choose your favorite type of cheese.
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened Ensure it's softened for easy mixing.
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface, separating it into individual triangles.
  4. Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture on the thickest part of each triangle.
  5. Roll it up tightly from the thickest end to the tip of the triangle, ensuring the filling stays inside.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them out evenly.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the rolls.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown and bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freeze tightly wrapped for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven for optimal texture.
