Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen corn optional
  • 1 package 30 oz frozen tater tots
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and mix well. If you’re using corn, add it in at this stage.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the beef mixture into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish.
  • Spread the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the beef mixture.
  • Finally, layer the frozen tater tots on top, ensuring even coverage.
