Equipment

  • - Large skillet
  • - Mixing bowl
  • - Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Knife and cutting board

Ingredients

  • For the Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • For the Biscuit Bombs
  • 1 can 16.3 oz refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter for brushing
  • For Garnish
  • Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Filling
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is softened, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat. Stir in the salt, black pepper, paprika, oregano, and shredded cheddar cheese. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
  • Step 2: Assemble the Biscuit Bombs
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Step 3: Bake
  • Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with melted butter. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Step 4: Garnish & Serve
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
