- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- For the Biscuit Bombs
- 1 can 16.3 oz refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter for brushing

- Fresh parsley chopped
Step 1: Prepare the Filling
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is softened, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
