Cheesecake with Fresh Fruits

  • 500 g cream cheese
  • Fresh strawberries
  • 1 kiwi
  • 100 g sugar
  • 600 ml liquid cream
  • 1 package of Marías cookies
  • A little butter

  • Prepare the Base: Start by crushing the Marías cookies into fine crumbs. Mix them with melted butter until you have a paste-like consistency. Next, press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased mold to form the base. Don’t forget to refrigerate while you prepare the filling!
  • Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, beat the liquid cream until it begins to thicken. Then, gently fold in the cream cheese and sugar until well combined. Be careful not to overmix!
  • Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour your creamy filling over the chilled cookie base. Spread it out evenly and pop it into the refrigerator to set. Ideally, let it chill overnight (or at least for a few hours).
  • Decoration: When you’re ready to serve, carefully unmold the cheesecake. Decorate it with beautiful slices of kiwi and fresh strawberries right before serving for that extra zing!
