Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg yolk until smooth and creamy.
- On a lightly floured surface, unroll the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles.
- Place about a tablespoon of the cheesecake filling at the wide end of each crescent triangle and roll them up.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the rolled crescent dough on it.
Baking
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 12-15 minutes or until golden.
- While the rolls are baking, whisk together powdered sugar and milk until smooth to create a drizzle.
- Once the rolls are done, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before drizzling the icing on top.
Serving
- Serve warm and enjoy the delightful flavors!
Notes
For substitutions, consider using lower-fat cream cheese or a sugar substitute. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
