Ingredients

Pizza Base Ingredients
  • 1 piece Pre-made Pizza Crust Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 pound Ground Beef (Halal-certified)
Cheese and Toppings
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1/2 cup Diced Onions
  • 1/4 cup Diced Pickles
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain the excess fat and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface and transfer it onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Spread the ketchup and mustard evenly across the crust, leaving a bit of space around the edges.
  5. Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef over the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle both the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Scatter the diced onions and pickles over the cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Remove from oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice it up, and enjoy!

Feel free to substitute ground beef with turkey or chicken, or make it vegetarian with mushrooms or plant-based meat substitutes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat slices in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
