- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain the excess fat and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface and transfer it onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the ketchup and mustard evenly across the crust, leaving a bit of space around the edges.
- Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef over the sauce.
- Sprinkle both the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Scatter the diced onions and pickles over the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice it up, and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to substitute ground beef with turkey or chicken, or make it vegetarian with mushrooms or plant-based meat substitutes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat slices in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
