This one-pan dish combines soft, pillowy gnocchi with all the flavors of a classic cheeseburger: savory ground beef, melted cheese, and a creamy, flavorful sauce. - - 1 small onion diced
- - 2 cloves garlic minced
- - 1 16 oz package potato gnocchi
- - 1 cup beef broth
- - 1 cup heavy cream
- - 1/4 cup ketchup
- - 1 tbsp mustard yellow or Dijon
- - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- - 1 tsp salt
- - 1/2 tsp black pepper
- - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

**1. Cook the Beef:**
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Drain any excess grease.
