Ingredients
  

For the rolls
  • 1 package refrigerator biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • to taste pinch salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the refrigerator biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces as indicated on the packaging.
  3. Place a generous tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit piece.
  4. Carefully fold the dough over the cheese and pinch it closed to seal in the cheese.
  5. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt. Dip each roll into this mixture.
  6. Place the prepared rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Allow them to cool for a minute before serving.

Notes

For unique flavors, try using different types of cheese like cheddar. Keep an eye on the rolls as ovens can vary. Don't overfill the dough with cheese to prevent bursting.
