- - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- - 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- - 1 tsp garlic powder
- - 1/2 tsp onion powder
- - 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- - Salt and pepper to taste
- #### For the Coatings Choose 3-4 or mix and match
- - Finely chopped nuts e.g., pecans, walnuts, or almonds
- - Crumbled bacon
- - Chopped fresh parsley or chives
- - Crushed crackers or pretzels
- - Everything bagel seasoning
**Prepare the Cheese Mixture**
