  • 8 oz Cheese (your choice of cheddar, mozzarella, or goat cheese) Cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb Grapes (red or green, washed and dried) Use firm grapes
  • 10-12 pieces Skewers (wooden or metal) Soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning

Preparation
  1. Wash the grapes thoroughly and allow them to dry. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the cheese into bite-sized cubes, approximately 1-inch pieces.
Assembly
  1. Grab your skewers and alternate threading a grape and a cheese cube onto each skewer. Mix and match colors and textures for variety.
Serving
  1. Arrange the assembled skewers on a platter for serving. Drizzle honey or sprinkle fresh herbs on top for added flair.
