Preparation
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into 4 equally sized patties.
Cooking
- Cook the patties on the preheated grill or skillet for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Assembly
- Remove the patties and let them rest for a couple of minutes. Place them on burger buns and add desired toppings.
Serving
- Serve the burgers with a side of fries, salad, or your favorite dipping sauces. Enjoy your meal!
Notes
For perfect patties, avoid overmixing the chicken mixture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Uncooked patties can be frozen with parchment paper in between to prevent sticking.
