Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lbs ground beef (80/20) For extra juiciness
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese For topping
  • 12 pieces slider buns
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Toppings
  • Lettuce For topping
  • Tomato slices For topping
  • Pickles For topping

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the meat is browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, mixing well.
  5. Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  6. Spoon the beef mixture evenly over the buns, then place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each one. Cover with the top halves of the buns.
  7. Place the filled baking dish in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the buns are warm.
  8. Remove from the oven, add your desired toppings, and serve while still warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes. For freezing, wrap each slider individually in freezer-safe wrap, and they can last up to 2 months.
