Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until translucent.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the meat is browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, mixing well.
- Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spoon the beef mixture evenly over the buns, then place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each one. Cover with the top halves of the buns.
- Place the filled baking dish in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the buns are warm.
- Remove from the oven, add your desired toppings, and serve while still warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes. For freezing, wrap each slider individually in freezer-safe wrap, and they can last up to 2 months.
