Preparation
- Boil 1 cup of water; remove from heat and steep the chamomile tea bag for about 5 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium-low heat until warm, but not boiling. Optionally, froth the milk using a frother or whisk.
- Remove the tea bag and stir in the honey until dissolved. Optionally add the vanilla extract.
- Pour the honey-infused tea into a mug and gently stir in the heated milk.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy.
Notes
Milk variety can be mixed; store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in the microwave or enjoy iced.
