Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy) Use your preferred type of milk.
  • 1 bag chamomile tea Use loose tea with a strainer if preferred.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Adjust to taste; alternatives include maple syrup or agave nectar.
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract Optional for added flavor.
  • to taste cinnamon Sprinkle on top for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil 1 cup of water; remove from heat and steep the chamomile tea bag for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium-low heat until warm, but not boiling. Optionally, froth the milk using a frother or whisk.
  3. Remove the tea bag and stir in the honey until dissolved. Optionally add the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the honey-infused tea into a mug and gently stir in the heated milk.
  5. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy.

Notes

Milk variety can be mixed; store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in the microwave or enjoy iced.
