  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Peel the ripe bananas and cut them into small pieces for easier blending.
Blending
  1. In a blender, combine the banana pieces, milk, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to one minute.
Finishing Touches
  1. Add a handful of ice cubes and blend again for 10-15 seconds.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more caramel sauce if needed, then blend again.
Serving
