Preparation

- Fold in the diced apples and caramel bits until evenly dispersed.
Baking
- Drop tablespoon-sized dollops of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for about 5 minutes before transferring them to wire racks.
