Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place your pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Evenly distribute the sliced apples over the bottom of the pie crust.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon over the apple slices.
- Carefully pour the cheesecake mixture over the apples.
- Drizzle the caramel sauce generously over the top.
- Bake the pie for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, use flavored cream cheese. Chill the pie in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving for the best flavor.
