  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it is softened for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce Ensure it’s Halal.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Add-ins
  • 1 medium apple, diced Any variety you like.
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts, optional Use your favorite nuts.
  • Additional caramel sauce for drizzling
For Serving
  • Graham crackers or sliced apples For dipping.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using a hand mixer until it’s smooth and creamy. This should take about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, mixing until well incorporated.
  3. Pour in the caramel sauce and vanilla extract, then continue mixing until everything is fully combined.
  4. Gently fold in the diced apple pieces. If using nuts, fold them in as well to add a delightful crunch.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Drizzle extra caramel sauce on top for a presentation that’s as sweet as the taste.
  6. Serve immediately with graham crackers or extra apple slices for dipping.

Notes

You can prepare this dip a day in advance. Store it in the fridge and serve it fresh the next day. For variations, try adding coconut flakes, mini chocolate chips, or a sprinkle of cinnamon. If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheating is not typically necessary, but can be done in short bursts in the microwave.
