Instructions
 

  • **Prepare the Crust**
  • - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • - In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix well, then press evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • - Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool while preparing the filling.
  • **Make the Cheesecake Layer**
  • - In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • - Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • - Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust and spread evenly.
  • **Prepare the Apple Layer**
  • - In a separate bowl, toss the diced apples with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
