  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved Wash before slicing
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves Wash before use
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For dressing
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar For dressing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Begin by washing the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and cut the mozzarella balls in half too. Dice the ripe avocados carefully, trying not to mash them.
Mixing
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados, halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and fresh basil leaves. Toss gently to avoid smashing the avocados.
Dressing
  1. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently to mix everything thoroughly.
Serving
  1. Transfer the salad to a serving dish. Enjoy immediately or chill it for a fresher taste.

Notes

To perfect your salad, use ripe but firm avocados and consider adding crushed red pepper flakes or lemon juice for extra flavor. Avoid rushing the mixing to keep avocados intact.
