- Start by peeling and seeding the cantaloupe. Dice it into chunks to make it easier to blend.
- In a blender, add the diced cantaloupe, water, sugar (start with 2 tablespoons and add more if desired), and the lime juice. Blend until smooth.
- If you prefer a clearer drink, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher to remove any pulp.
- Add ice cubes to glasses and pour the Cantaloupe Fresh Water over the ice. Garnish with mint leaves if desired, and enjoy immediately!
Notes
To store Cantaloupe Fresh Water, pour any leftovers into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days. For best flavor, use fresh ingredients and avoid over-blending.
