  1. Crumble the cake into fine pieces in a large bowl.
  2. Add the frosting to the crumbled cake and mix until fully combined.
  3. Take a small amount of the mixture and mold it firmly around each popsicle stick.
  4. Chill the molded Cakesicles in the refrigerator for at least 15-20 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in intervals until smooth.
  6. Dip the chilled Cakesicles into the melted chocolate until fully covered.
  7. Sprinkle with toppings while the chocolate is still warm.
  8. Set the coated Cakesicles on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for about 10 minutes until the chocolate is firm.

Notes

Store Cakesicles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to a month. Let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving after freezing.
