  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning Adjust for heat preference
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Optional: hot sauce for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure crispiness.
  2. Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. Once done, let the wings cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serving
  1. Optionally, drizzle with hot sauce and serve with fresh veggies on the side.

Notes

Ensure not to overcrowd the baking sheet to allow for even crisping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for 2 months.
