Preparation
  1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the rigatoni according to the package instructions until al dente. Once done, drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, toss the steak tips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak tips and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  2. Pour the heavy cream into the same skillet, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Bring to a simmer while stirring.
  3. Gradually add in the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  4. Add the cooked rigatoni and seared steak tips to the cheesy sauce. Toss until well combined and fully coated.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
