Cooking
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat until it starts to bubble.
- Add the seasoned steak pieces to the skillet in a single layer and sear for about 2-3 minutes per side until a beautiful brown crust forms.
- Once the steak is cooked to your liking, reduce the heat to low, then add minced garlic and the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Cook for about 1 more minute, stirring gently.
