Preparation
  1. Cut your steak into bite-sized pieces and season them with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat until it starts to bubble.
  2. Add the seasoned steak pieces to the skillet in a single layer and sear for about 2-3 minutes per side until a beautiful brown crust forms.
  3. Once the steak is cooked to your liking, reduce the heat to low, then add minced garlic and the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Cook for about 1 more minute, stirring gently.
Serving
  1. Remove the skillet from heat and toss the cooked steak bites in the buttery garlic sauce until fully coated. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat gently in the microwave or skillet with a little butter to prevent drying out.
