Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Prepare the biscuits: Flatten each biscuit slightly. It helps to create a nice pocket for your delicious filling.
Add the filling: Place one slice of roast beef and one slice of cheese in the center of each biscuit. Then, fold and seal the edges to form a biscuit pocket.
Arrange: Place the sealed biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Brush this delicious mixture generously over the tops of each biscuit.
Bake: Pop them in the oven and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
Prepare the au jus: While the biscuits are baking, in a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Simmer over medium heat for 10–15 minutes until flavorful.
Serve: Once the biscuits are golden and fluffy, remove them from the oven. Serve warm with hot au jus on the side for dipping!
