- Toss in the cleaned shrimp, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Drizzle with lemon juice to add freshness.
Assembly
- Lightly toast the rolls if desired.
- Spoon the garlic butter shrimp into the rolls.
- Add fresh lettuce and tomato slices to the rolls.
- Serve immediately while warm and buttery.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. For longer storage, freeze the shrimp mixture for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight and reheat in a skillet.
