Method
 

Preparation
  1. Hulking and slicing the strawberries. Toss them with balsamic vinegar, a pinch of salt, and a sprinkle of black pepper. Let them marinate for about 5-10 minutes.
  2. Place the burrata cheese in the center of a serving platter and break it open slightly.
  3. Spoon the marinated strawberries over the burrata.
  4. Sprinkle torn basil leaves over the top and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Serve immediately with crusty bread.

Notes

Enjoy fresh for best texture! If you have leftovers, store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, but reheating is not recommended.
