Preparation
- Hulking and slicing the strawberries. Toss them with balsamic vinegar, a pinch of salt, and a sprinkle of black pepper. Let them marinate for about 5-10 minutes.
- Place the burrata cheese in the center of a serving platter and break it open slightly.
- Spoon the marinated strawberries over the burrata.
- Sprinkle torn basil leaves over the top and drizzle with olive oil.
- Serve immediately with crusty bread.
Notes
Enjoy fresh for best texture! If you have leftovers, store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, but reheating is not recommended.
