Pizza Base
  • 1 piece pizza dough (store-bought or homemade) Feel free to use store-bought dough for convenience.
Main Toppings
  • 8 oz burrata cheese Use fresh burrata for the best creamy texture.
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, shelled and chopped Chopped for even distribution over the pizza.
  • 1/4 cup olive oil For brushing and flavor.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds aromatic flavor to the oil.
  • 1/2 tsp salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper Adds seasoning to the dough.
  • to taste fresh arugula For garnish.
  • to taste Parmesan cheese, optional For additional garnish if desired.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the garlic-infused oil generously over the rolled out dough.
Topping & Baking
  1. Tear apart the burrata cheese and distribute it evenly over the dough.
  2. Evenly sprinkle your chopped pistachios over the burrata.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melting.
  4. Once out of the oven, allow it to cool slightly before adding fresh arugula on top.
  5. Optional: Grate some Parmesan cheese over it before serving.
Serving
  1. Slice up the pizza and serve it to your family. Enjoy the compliments!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes to revive the crispiness.
