Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the garlic-infused oil generously over the rolled out dough.
Topping & Baking
- Tear apart the burrata cheese and distribute it evenly over the dough.
- Evenly sprinkle your chopped pistachios over the burrata.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melting.
- Once out of the oven, allow it to cool slightly before adding fresh arugula on top.
- Optional: Grate some Parmesan cheese over it before serving.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes to revive the crispiness.
