Main Ingredients
  • 1 large Baguette or crusty bread Traditional baguette, or other crusty bread can be used.
  • 250 g Burrata cheese Soft and creamy cheese.
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved Bursting with juiciness.
  • Fresh basil leaves Fresh basil leaves, for garnish Use plenty for flavor.
For Drizzling and Flavoring
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For brushing the bread and drizzling on top.
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar Adds sweetness and tang.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust seasoning as preferred.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick slices and lay them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the bread slices, coating well.
Cooking
  1. Toast the slices in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss gently.
  3. Once the bread is toasted, place a spoonful of the tomato mixture on each slice.
  4. Tear burrata and place it generously on top of each bruschetta. Drizzle with more olive oil if desired and top with fresh basil.
  5. Serve immediately while the bread is still warm.

Notes

For a twist, use different toppings like roasted vegetables or prosciutto. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days, but best enjoyed fresh.
