  • 600 g cream cheese, at room temperature Use high-quality cream cheese for best texture.
  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 250 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour Optional, for thicker texture.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a 9-inch round springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar. Beat on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend well. If desired, gently fold in flour for a thicker texture.
Baking
  1. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  2. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, until the top is a deep brown color and the center slightly jiggles.
Cooling and Serving
  1. Allow cheesecake to cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Carefully remove cheesecake from the springform pan, slice, and serve.
