Cheesecake Base
  • 2 cups cream cheese (softened) Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth texture.
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour Sifted.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a springform pan with parchment paper.
Mixing
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and blend until combined.
  4. Sift in the flour, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing on low speed until just combined.
Baking
  1. Pour the mixture into the prepared springform pan and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes.
  2. The top should be a deep golden color while the center remains slightly jiggly.
Cooling
  1. Let the cheesecake cool in the pan for about 15-20 minutes before transferring it to the refrigerator.
  2. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Top with fresh fruits or a drizzle of honey for added flavor. Avoid overmixing to prevent cracks in the cheesecake. Adjust baking time as necessary to prevent burning.
