Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (halal-certified)
  • to taste fresh parsley or green onions for garnish Optional

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Wash and cut your cauliflower head into evenly-sized florets.
Mixing Seasonings
  1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well-mixed.
  2. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them in the seasoning mixture until every piece is thoroughly coated.
Roasting
  1. Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  2. After roasting, drizzle the cauliflower with the buffalo sauce and toss gently to coat.
  3. Return the sauced cauliflower to the baking sheet and roast for another 5-7 minutes to help the sauce set.
Serving
  1. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley or green onions if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

For best results, avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure proper roasting. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to restore crispiness.
