  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped Use leftover or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing Adjust to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by cooking and chopping your chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, add chopped celery, shredded carrots, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped lettuce.
  3. Add the chopped chicken to the bowl with the vegetables.
  4. Drizzle buffalo sauce over the salad and gently toss to combine everything.
  5. Sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese, drizzle ranch dressing, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss one last time and serve immediately in a colorful bowl to showcase those vibrant ingredients!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For freezing, pack the salad without the dressing and store in a freezer-safe container for up to a month.
