Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- In a greased casserole dish, spread half of the tater tots as the base layer.
- Top the tater tots with the buffalo chicken mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Pour ranch dressing over the chicken layer and sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on top.
- Layer the remaining tater tots on top of the chicken and drizzle with the rest of the cheese.
- Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown and cheese has melted.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions on top before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes. Can be frozen for up to 2 months; thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating.
