For the Chocolate Topping
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips Use high-quality chocolate for best results.
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil Helps to thin the chocolate for easy spreading.

Preparation
  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a large bowl, combine softened butter and creamy peanut butter. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs until well combined, resulting in a thick, fudgy consistency.
  4. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish, pressing down firmly to create an even layer.
Melting the Chocolate
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips and vegetable oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and fully melted.
Assembly
  1. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  2. Refrigerate for about 2 hours to allow the bars to set.
  3. Remove from the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into squares. Enjoy!
