  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Olive oil for greasing

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  3. Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the biscuit pieces, pizza sauce, half of the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, and Italian seasoning. Stir until well mixed.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Baking
  1. Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
  2. Take it out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then serve hot.
