  1. Gather two mason jars or any airtight container for your overnight oats.
  2. In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, cooled brewed espresso, milk, yogurt, and brown sugar. Stir well until fully combined.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the prepared jars, distributing it evenly.
  4. Seal the jars tightly and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4-6 hours) to allow the oats to soak up the flavors.
  5. In the morning, stir the oats well and top with your favorite fruits, nuts, or chocolate chips.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator in sealed jars for up to 5 days. Best enjoyed cold or warm in the microwave for 30 seconds before adding toppings.
