- Gather two mason jars or any airtight container for your overnight oats.
- In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, cooled brewed espresso, milk, yogurt, and brown sugar. Stir well until fully combined.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared jars, distributing it evenly.
- Seal the jars tightly and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4-6 hours) to allow the oats to soak up the flavors.
- In the morning, stir the oats well and top with your favorite fruits, nuts, or chocolate chips.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator in sealed jars for up to 5 days. Best enjoyed cold or warm in the microwave for 30 seconds before adding toppings.
