Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel to ensure they get crispy.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a large bowl, drizzle olive oil over the wings and add the spice rub. Toss until wings are thoroughly coated.
  5. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Arrange wings in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, flipping midway through. Ensure wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  2. Let the wings cool for a few minutes before serving.
