Preparation
- Preheat your broiler to high heat.
- Season the rack of lamb generously with salt, pepper, and granulated garlic, rubbing it all over.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned lamb on a broiler pan and insert it into the broiler. Cook for about 20-25 minutes, basting occasionally.
- While the lamb is broiling, toss the halved baby potatoes and broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet.
- Roast the vegetables in the oven at 400°F for about 25-30 minutes until golden and tender.
- Once cooked, let the lamb rest for a few minutes before slicing.

- Serve the sliced lamb alongside the roasted potatoes and broccoli.
