Breakfast Pizza: A Delicious Start to Your Day!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup shredded cheese mozzarella, cheddar, or your choice
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup bell peppers diced
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish optional

  • Preheat Your Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C) so that it’s nice and hot when your pizza goes in!
  • Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness – a little crispy on the outside and soft on the inside is perfect. Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Add the Cheese: Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded cheese onto the pizza dough as the first layer of deliciousness.
  • Add the Veggies: Scatter the baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and red onion evenly over the cheese.
