In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Stir and let it sit for about 5 minutes, or until it becomes cloudy and foamy.
In a separate large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt.
Once the yeast mixture is ready, add it along with the olive oil to the flour mixture.
Stir until a dough begins to form, then knead it on a lightly floured surface for about 1 minute until it’s smooth.
Shape the dough into a loaf and place it into a greased loaf pan.
Cover and let it rise for approximately 10-15 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) while the dough is rising.
Once risen, bake the bread for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Allow it to cool slightly before slicing and enjoy!
