  • 4 pieces limes Wash thoroughly and cut into quarters.
  • 1 cup sugar Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 6 cups water Divided into 4 cups for blending and 2 cups for mixing.
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk Adds creaminess to the drink.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the limes thoroughly and cut them into quarters.
  2. In a blender, combine the quartered limes, sugar, and 4 cups of water. Blend on high for around 30 seconds.
  3. Use a fine mesh strainer to pour the blended mixture into a pitcher, removing the lime pulp and seeds for a smooth texture.
  4. Add the remaining 2 cups of water and the sweetened condensed milk to the pitcher. Mix well until combined.
  5. Fill glasses with ice and pour the Brazilian Lemonade over it. Garnish with lime slices if desired.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the sugar based on your preference. Chill the pitcher for at least an hour before serving for a refreshing touch. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
