Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined to achieve a light, airy texture.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper. Pour the batter in and spread it evenly.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and a toothpick comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the blondies to cool in the dish for 10 minutes, then lift them out and let cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
Notes
For storing, keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Refrigerate for a week or freeze for longer storage. Reheat for 10-15 seconds in the microwave to enjoy gooey goodness again.
