  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk) Use almond milk for a dairy-free option.
  • 1 cup yogurt (plain or flavored) Use plant-based yogurt for vegan option.
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen, thawed)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings
  • nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, or additional berries Customize as desired.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir well until fully combined.
  2. Gently fold in the blueberries. You can reserve a few for topping later.
  3. Pour the mixture into individual jars or a large container. Seal tightly and refrigerate overnight, allowing the oats to soak up the liquid.
  4. The next morning, top with additional blueberries, nuts, and any other toppings you like. Grab a spoon and dig in!

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to five days in an airtight container. For reheating, microwave for 30-60 seconds until warmed through, or enjoy cold.
