- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir well until fully combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries. You can reserve a few for topping later.
- Pour the mixture into individual jars or a large container. Seal tightly and refrigerate overnight, allowing the oats to soak up the liquid.
- The next morning, top with additional blueberries, nuts, and any other toppings you like. Grab a spoon and dig in!
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for up to five days in an airtight container. For reheating, microwave for 30-60 seconds until warmed through, or enjoy cold.
