- Gather all your ingredients and ensure your cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, almond flour, and a pinch of salt. Stir together until well mixed.
- Add the softened cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and blueberries into the mixture. Blend together until it forms a thick dough-like mixture. Use your hands if needed to ensure everything is well combined.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls, aiming for about 1-2 inches in diameter.
- Place the protein bites on a lined baking sheet or plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
- Once firm, your Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Bites are ready to eat! Store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
These bites can be frozen for up to three months. Allow to thaw at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before consuming.
