  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Choose a plain flavor.
  • ½ cup protein powder (vanilla flavor recommended)
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries Gently fold into the mixture.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust according to sweetness preference.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch salt

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, warm cream cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, being careful not to mash them too much.
  3. Using your hands, scoop a tablespoon of the mixture, roll it into a ball, and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat this process until all the mixture is used.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 to 60 minutes to allow the bites to firm up.
Serving
  1. Once chilled and set, your blueberry cheesecake protein bites are ready to enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

These bites can be customized with toppings like crushed nuts or coconut flakes. They pair well with smoothies or herbal tea.
