  • 4 cups cold water Add more or less to adjust sweetness.

  1. Juice the lemons: Roll the lemons on the countertop to break down their internal structures, cut them in half, and use a citrus juicer to extract about one cup of fresh lemon juice. Remove any seeds.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice and the blue raspberry syrup. Stir well to ensure the syrup blends evenly.
  3. Add Water: Pour in the four cups of cold water, mixing until everything is combined. Adjust sweetness as desired.
  4. Chill and Serve: Add ice cubes to the pitcher or pour over ice in individual glasses. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes
