Preparation
- In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- While waiting for the water to boil, grab 2 teaspoons of jasmine green tea leaves. If using tea bags, one bag will suffice.
- Once the water reaches a rolling boil, remove it from heat and let it cool for about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the jasmine green tea leaves to the hot water and let them steep for about 2-3 minutes.
- If using loose tea, strain the leaves from the infused water and pour the tea into your favorite teacup.
- For an extra touch, consider adding a slice of lemon or a sprig of fresh mint.
Notes
For best flavor, drink your Blue Jasmine Green Tea fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a microwave-safe cup in short intervals. For a cold brew, steep in cold water for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator.
