Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Use halal-certified chicken for best flavor.
  • 4 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice For brightness.
  • to garnish Fresh parsley For garnish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the hot griddle. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they reach a golden-brown color and an internal temperature of 165°F.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté it until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes). Be careful not to burn the garlic!
  3. Drizzle the garlic butter over the cooked chicken on the griddle, and add the lemon juice. Let it soak in for a minute before removing from heat.
  4. Serve the chicken hot, garnished with fresh parsley for a pop of color and flavor.

Notes

For perfect results, monitor the cooking closely to prevent drying out the chicken. Use a meat thermometer for accuracy. If the garlic butter burns, lower the heat immediately.
